Photoshop practice

Well I've taken graphic design, so I am used to photoshop. What I did was move the image of New York onto the airplane photo and I used the magic wand tool to take out the sky of the original picture of New York to get the clouds from the airplane photo. I love the magic wand...it comes in very handy! I did crop the airplane photo as well because there was part of the window in it, as well as a reflection. I could not get all of the reflection out. One thing with the cropping tool that is frustrating is that I can only move the selection of the cropping up and down not expand side to side. I also did feather the New York photo to make it a little softer.
